  • Root-caused a stale-filter defect in a production Amex billing pipeline and shipped a verified fix with backfill.
  • Eliminated daily crashes in Java and Spring Boot ETL pipelines responsible for more than $15M in transaction volume.
  • Built automated Sentry-based reconciliation across all in-scope surcharge transactions, replacing a manual audit process.
